hands to work.....idle hands........

........yes, my hands have been busy, busy, busy.....and I am enjoying it, especially with the cold and snowy weather......I have finally got into some sort of routine...which will change with the weather.......but, after getting breakfast ready for 2 of my grandchildren and then taking them to school, I come home straighten out the house, do some laundry, deep cleaning, etc..... then get busy making boxes, or stitching a sampler or maybe rug hooking.......then I fix a light lunch, wash dishes, then back to "work"......after my coffee break, it is almost time for all 5 of the grandkids to come home, fix them a snack, talk to them about their day....then after supper, time to unwind.......I love that I have accomplished something, I can't stand sitting around.......but, I will say, after seeing my daffodils just starting to push through the cold dirt, I am getting so excited for spring and warm weather......then my stitcheries and box making will have to take a back seat to pulling weeds and planting flowers.....I can almost feel the warmth of sunshine and smell the tilled earth......till next time...smiles, Linda.........btw, I can see I still need a lesson in transferring pictures, yuck technology

.........yes, I am still here, being a very bad blogger.........after recently purchasing a new phone and learning how to play with it, take pictures and try to transfer them (which I still have trouble), finding a new toy, Instagram......then I have been making cloth covered boxes like there is no tomorrow, samplers and a rug in the works......then throw in grandkids basketball games, whew !!!!  so I will try to share some pictures, IF I CAN.......thanks for understanding !!!
